So I finally got the opportunity to shoot a wedding on the 25th of August. The lucky bride and groom were friends of my brothers in college. So for pure fun I tagged along with my brother on this wedding shoot to gain some experience. Not knowing what to expect I was a little nervous about the wedding however it turned out to be fun and very relaxed. I hope every wedding could be this easy and relaxed. Dorm

Well im back at SNU. I have not been able to get out to much to take pictures, however I thought I would let everyone see my dorm setup. Let me know what you think.

Blue Skies and Good Times

Today I spent my afternoon with recently engaged friends Jason and Deirdre and her daughter Madison. They wanted portraits done for Madison before I headed off to college. We went out to a sunflower field and once Madison got in the mentality that pictures were fun she was extremely photogenic. We then went to their favorite park after that and got some more shots. Afterwards Madison wanted to play hide and seek, and who could refuse such an offer. All in all it was a great shoot and I had alot of fun. Enjoy the pictures and let me know what you think.

My First Shoot

Today was my first shoot flying solo. The victim was a family friend named Alina. She needed senior portraits done. Since it was my first shoot and I wanted a variety of shots for my portfolio we went all over the Portland metro area. We first hit up the waterfront in downtown then went out to the farm land and got some shots a sunflower field. It was a good day and I felt good about my shots. Let me know what you think.

Shark Attack!

After watching Shark Week on the discovery channel I was dying t0 see some sharks. The Oregon Coast Aquarium right now has a shark exhibit where you can actually walk through a tunnel of glass and watch all sorts of sharks and stingrays as well as other fish swim over and under you. So my friend Joey and Girlfriend Melany headed to Newport beach to see the aquarium. It was a beautiful day and had a blast till the end of the trip when Joeys car overheated and there was smoke everywhere. We were able to get the car to Melany's Grandmas house and eventually got picked up by his mom. So these pictures are dedicated to Joey's slowly dying car and Adriana for the ride home.
